You connect an MCP-compatible AI to Phinest and authorize the workspace and role it may use. The AI can then inspect, explain, propose, and perform permitted operations against real Phinest records instead of merely giving generic advice.

Will we have to change how our business works?

No. Start with a proven request-to-payment core, then configure your terminology, fields, evidence, approvals, and workflows. Both the interface and connected AI read the same structured choices, while unused complexity stays hidden.

Which plan should a 5–10 person team choose?

Foundation is the cleanest starting point when the immediate goal is replacing fragmented request, scheduling, field, and invoicing work. Operations is the better fit when bank reconciliation, supplier bills, recurring service, or workflow automation are already daily pain points.

Do you charge a percentage of recovered revenue?

No. Phinest uses transparent software and setup pricing rather than taking a percentage of collections, recovered invoices, or operational savings.

What affects onboarding cost?

The number of systems and spreadsheets being migrated, data quality, the number of workflows being configured, team training, and any custom operating playbook work. Scope and price are agreed before implementation starts.

Are AI actions automatic?

Only inside the authority the business has deliberately enabled. Phinest can observe, draft, request approval, or automate narrow routine work; consequential actions keep their permission, confirmation, and audit requirements.

Can we start simple and add complexity later?

Yes. That is the product's default. Advanced controls remain hidden until configuration or real usage makes them relevant, and they can be turned off without deleting prior business evidence.

Is AI processing unlimited?

Each plan includes a practical allowance sized during onboarding. If document or workflow volume would materially change the price, that allowance and any overage terms are stated before you subscribe.
