Which plan should a 5–10 person team choose?

Foundation is the best place to start when you want customers, scheduling, field work, and invoicing in one place. Choose Operations when bank matching, bills, regular service, or automatic follow-up are already taking significant time.

Do you charge a percentage of recovered revenue?

No. You pay a clear monthly price and an agreed setup cost. Phinest does not take a percentage of collections, recovered invoices, or savings.

What affects the setup cost?

The amount and quality of information being moved, how many business processes you want configured, and how much team training you need. We agree on the work and price before starting.

Will ChatGPT send things without asking me?

Only if you deliberately turn that on for a simple, repeatable task. Customer messages, large amounts, and other important actions can always require your approval first.

Can we start simple and add more later?

Yes. That is the default. Start with the few screens and steps your team needs now, then reveal banking, approvals, automation, and other tools when they become useful.

Is ChatGPT usage unlimited?
